Join us for an introduction to the Creighton Method of Natural family Planning. This method has allowed women and couples true freedom and true reproductive choice for many years.

Unlike other methods which require the user to check 2 biological markers - this method focuses on just one making it, in my opinion the easiest method to learn and incorporate into your life. " L. Facilitators:
Judy Wilmurt - Natural Family Planning Educator - is a nationally acknowledged teacher of Creighton Method NFP - she has been educating couples and teaching a workshops and seminars on NFP for over 35 years.
Dr. L. Samsarah Morgan - Is an Interfaith minister and Counselor, Doula, Apprentice Midwife, Childbirth Educator and Family Life Coach. she has served individuals , couples and families for 25 years.
Cost: sliding scale 5.00 - 15.00/per individual or couple (no one away due to lake of funds)

THIS CLASS IS REQUIRED FOR STUDENTS OF BAY AREA BIRTH PROFESSIONALS - THE PROFESSIONAL DOULA TRAINING PROGRAM. AND THIS QUALIFIES AS CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR THOSE CERTIFIED.

Childbirth Preparation and Breast feeding Education
Nutrition, Pregnancy, Stages and signs of Labor, Preparation for labor: pain management, Home birth preparation hospital preparation, doula care, interventions, cesarean section information and prevention, newborn care, and care of the postpartum mom, breastfeeding, and more! This class is appropriate for families planning to give birth in all settings: hospital, home or birth center!
